Pleather leggings are getting popular these days being seen worn by many fashionable Hollywood celebrities and models. These leggings are made from material called Polyvinyl Chloride or PVC creating a leather-like look to clothes.

Other name given for pleather is faux leather since it isn’t authentic leather. When worn, these leggings also give out an appearance like it’s made of plastic.
